Position: Mill Receiving - Dept. 217

Location: Feed Mill Fort Smith, AR

Shift:  8 am – 4 pm Sunday - Thursday

Pay Rate: $19.75 per hour.

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department.  Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation as required; Unloads railcars and trucks; Unloads rail cars  and trucks and makes sure that the ingredient is going into the correct bin; Inventories the ingredients; Sets up the conveyor to put ingredients into the bins; Moves railcars and the trackmobile; Keeps all bins full from ingredients that are on the rail.; and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner. Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.  The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 pounds. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
