1st Shift: Further Processing Plant

Dept: 183 - Parts Attendant

Shift Time: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $ 16.75 per hour

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department.  Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation as required; Handles the receipt and disbursement of parts; Receives parts and tools into the department; Fills orders or issues parts from stock; Maintains inventory and other stock records using the computer program; Places stock in its proper place; Ensures power tools meet safety requirements; and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner. Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.  The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 - 40 POUNDS. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. This is a safety sensitive position.

 

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
