Summary

The MKT & BD Intern will support the Spain Mentor BDM in key operational, analytical, and marketing activities. The role provides exposure to commercial processes, market analysis, promotional assets management, and event coordination within Mentor (Johnson & Johnson MedTech).

Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial readiness by ensuring availability of promotional materials, tools and digital assets, in coordination with EMEA Marketing.

• Assist in the execution of the marketing plan and the tracking of KPIs.

• Monitor and analyze market data, competitive insights, and distributor reports.

• Provide operational support for the Mentor warranty program and ensure smooth and compliant process execution.

• Support logistics and coordination for Mentor and third‑party events.

• One year internship

• Full time

• 1000 euros per month

• Start date - April

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or; Bachelor's Degree completed in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering + MBA.

• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

• No prior experience required or up to 2 years of professional experience.
