We are on a growth journey – now looking for a Customer Service Representative for supporting our Mobile Cooking business area.

About the position

The newly established Mobile Cooking business unit is part of Dometic Outdoor Standalone segment and marks an exciting evolution of the company CADAC, acquired in January 2022. The Mobile Cooking business unit is now the driving force behind the development, marketing, and sales of innovative mobile cooking appliances and accessories—primarily serving the EMEA region.

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our international D2C customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Your main responsibilities

    • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email or ticket-system
    • Provide accurate information about products and services
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
    • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

A suitable background would be a solid experience within customer service as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

    • Previous experience (1-3 years ) in customer service or a related field
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office software (SAP & Freshdesk knowledge is a plus)
    • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers
    • Languages skills: fluent in Dutch and English (German & French are a plus)
