- Management experience is desired, but not essential.

About the role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our front-of-house operations, ensuring every shift runs like clockwork.
Responsibilities:
Lead by example, motivate and inspire the team, and train them to deliver great customer experiences.
Ensuring compliance with venue regulations.
Assist with ordering, stocktakes, procedures and reporting.
Managing front-of-house operations and gaming facilities.
Providing professional and friendly service to customers.
Working with the functions and events team.
