The HR Generalist is responsible for performing a broad range of human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role supports daily HR operations and ensures alignment with company policies and employment laws. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews)
  • Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding
  • Prepare employment contracts and documentation
  • Maintain applicant tracking records
Employee Relations
  • Address employee inquiries and workplace concerns
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
  • Promote positive employee engagement initiatives
HR Administration
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS systems
  • Update and communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics
Compensation & Benefits
  • Assist with payroll coordination
  • Administer employee benefits programs
  • Support salary review and compensation processes
Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Support audits and regulatory reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Performance & Development
  • Support performance review cycles
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Assist with career development planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–5 years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of employment UAE laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
  • HR certification (e.g., **Society for Human Resource Management-CP or **HR Certification Institute-PHR) preferred
