Job Summary:                      

Assisting Supervisors in ensuring the smooth operations of the overall cash management functions and management accounting functions, which includes bank processes, preparation and processing of transactions, and reconciliations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance of bank accounts, liaising with banks to ensure bank accounts are opened and updated successfully.

• Assist in maintaining a proper documentation of bank users’ access, processes and operational workflows.

• Assist in preparing and posting accounting journals.

• Assist in bank and other reconciliations.

• Assist in Finance projects (stamp duty, Coupa onboarding, etc)

• Assist in providing reports to internal stakeholders’ use.
