This role is TikTok-first but builds scalable frameworks to support future marketplace expansion.

  • Own end-to-end product setup for TikTok Shop, including catalog synchronization, category maintenance, navigation updates, and SKU readiness.
  • Oversee curated feed strategy and SKU prioritization aligned to business priorities.
  • Align pricing, promotional strategy, and custom bundle creation to drive AOV and differentiation.
  • Drive TikTok-specific Deals, flash sales, seasonal pushes, and livestream-exclusive offers in alignment with brand calendar.
  • Audit/QA PDPs (imagery, copy, video) to ensure accuracy, FTC compliance, and mobile-first optimization.

Creator & Paid Performance Integration

  • Partner with Growth/Affiliate and Social teams to align product assortment to creator pushes and sponsored ad strategies.
  • Collaborate directly with TikTok account managers to unlock new features, promotional programs, and growth levers.

Operational & Platform Management

  • Monitor shop health signals including fulfillment latency, refund rates, cancellation rates, customer ratings, and algorithm standing.
  • Work closely with Rithum managed services to optimize marketplace execution and feed health.
  • Partner with digital merchandising to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across TikTok Shop and the AE/Aerie flagship site/app.
  • Activate high-traffic social events and drops, including real-time inventory monitoring and linking strategies.

Business Analytics & Insights

  • Monitor daily and weekly TikTok Shop and Doordash KPIs and translate them into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Be the expert on the social commerce competitive landscape, staying ahead of TikTok algorithm shifts, creator trends, and platform feature updates.
  • Leverage TikTok Shop analytics and A/B testing to inform assortment strategy and pricing/promotional levers.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly hindsights that bridge the gap between site performance and social shop performance to drive preseason strategic actions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital merchandising, ecommerce, or performance-driven social commerce.
  • Direct experience managing or scaling a TikTok Shop or a high-volume affiliate program is highly preferred.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where trends move quickly and require immediate execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence across functions (Creative, Marketing, Technology, and Supply Chain) and work with external partners.
