This role will provide Sales Operations & Support to ANZ management to help them decide on sales concern

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Adhere to PSA procedures and practices.
  • Processing customer orders within required PDSL
  • Managing Oracle Sales Cloud system
  • Ensuring data is up to date
  • Ensuring accurate documentation for sales transactions
  • Handling complaints and ensuring timely resolution
  • Assisting internal customers
  • Coordinating with Order Management Team, Sales Operations
  • Other adhoc tasks and activities required by Leaders that will help them in their decision making.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Business or IT related degree, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Proficient in Power BI
  • Proficient in Smart Sheet
  • Experience in Internal Sales Support
  • General skills: MS Office, Computer literacy
  • English speaking, writing and presentation skills
