The Role & What You Will Be Doing 

What do we offer?

• The opportunity to have the role of Product Manager Trainee in a multinational pharmaceutical company, where you can develop both professionally and personally. 

• Learning by doing to generate impact on the business, get real experience and contribute to the life of the team from day 1. 

• Monitoring program and individual assignments from a colleague within the department to help you in your development (Mentor and Buddy) 

• Internship agreement for 6 months (extendable to 6 more in total).

• It is necessary to sign an internship agreement with a university/business school. 

• Financial compensation, restaurant ticket, flexible hours, and intensive working hours during the summer months. 

   

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Marketing Trainee role will make an impact: 

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of the brands' promotional materials delivery to the sales network. 

• Support events and congresses of assigned brands. 

• Support to coordinate invoice management, purchase orders, etc. 

• Participate in cycle meetings logistics, discussion, etc. specifically, on assigned brands. 

• Collaborate on the control and monitoring of budget expenditure. 

• Management and organization of the market information. 

 

About Your Skills & Experience 

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: 

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, preferable pharmacy, chemistry, or biology. 

• Currently enrolled in Marketing (Pharmaceutical or related) a Master’s degree or MBA. 

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and power point). 

• Advanced English level, both written and spoken. 

• Collaboration agreement between the University and the company is a must. 

• Skillful with processes and tools. 

• Good understanding of marketing principles. 

• Problem solving mindset 

• Organizational and good teamworking skills 

• Prioritization, analytical skills 

• Communication skills (orally and verbally) 

• Commercial awareness 

• Confidence, adaptability an creativity 

• IT skills
