Company Description
Integrated Dermatology is a high-growth Dermatology-focused Physician Practice Management (PPM) led by a seasoned executive team. Our mission is to partner with top-tier dermatologists across the country, offering operational, financial, and strategic support to help them grow their practices while maintaining clinical autonomy. As we scale nationally, we are looking to add a motivated and analytical Corporate Development Analyst to support our acquisition and de novo expansion efforts.
The Analyst will play a key role in evaluating, modeling, and executing strategic growth initiatives, including hub-and-spoke acquisitions and de novo dermatology clinic launches. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with executive leadership on high-impact transactions while gaining hands-on experience in healthcare M&A and market expansion strategy.
This role focuses on M&A deal execution, financial modeling, valuation, and transaction support — not traditional business analysis or IT/requirements gathering.
Job Description
Acquisition & De Novo Support:
- Conduct financial, operational, and market analyses to support the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models (e.g., pro formas, valuations, ROI analysis).
- Assist in due diligence processes including data room organization, document review, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the development of business cases for new market entries and de novo opportunities, including site selection research and provider recruitment efforts.
Market & Industry Research:
- Research competitive landscapes, referral patterns, demographics, and market saturation in target regions.
- Analyze macro and micro trends in dermatology and adjacent physician specialties.
- Track pipeline activity and develop internal reporting dashboards.
- Perform market outreach and lead generation
Internal Collaboration:
- Partner with finance, legal, operations, and clinical teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Help prepare board presentations, investor updates, and internal growth strategy materials.
- Contribute to relationship-building with prospective partners and practice owners through market outreach and conference participation.
Qualifications
- MBA required (recent graduate or up to 2 years post-graduation).
- 2+ years of experience in business development, investment banking, consulting, healthcare M&A, private equity, or corporate development (preferably within healthcare services).
- Strong analytical skills and experience building dynamic financial models.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant data/BI tools.
