The HR Admin will provide administrative and operational support to the HR team, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This role requires strong attention to detail, service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll do:
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the HR team across various HR processes
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, system setup, coordination with relevant stakeholders, and employee communication
- Support offboarding processes, ensuring timely documentation, system updates, and coordination with payroll and IT
- Manage and track HR tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolution
- Maintain and update employee records and organizational changes in HR systems
- Support organizational updates, including reporting line changes, internal transfers, and structural updates
- Responsible for vendor setup and opening new vendors in relevant systems
- Assist with HR documentation, letters, contracts, and employee confirmations as needed
- Support additional HR projects and initiatives as required
What you should have:
- 2 years experience in an administrative or operational role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Service-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field – Nice to have
