About The Department:

  • The BSP (Benefit Street Partners) Finance & Accounting team supports FT Corporate entities in Europe and America by delivering accurate financial reporting and scalable accounting processes that enable business growth. The team works closely with partners across finance and other functions, operating in a collaborative, quality‑driven environment. Joining this group provides exposure to alternative investments, strong process discipline, and the opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding platform.

How You Will Add Value?

  • You will review and post daily accounting transactions including cash coding.

  • You will review accounts payable transactions for accurate coding and classification.

  • You will support assigned functional groups with detailed financial understanding.

  • You will maintain account reconciliations using the Workday reconciliations tool.

  • You will execute monthly close activities for assigned entities.

  • You will prepare income statements, balance sheets, and variance analyses.

  • You will share timely status updates with managers and stakeholders.

  • You will contribute to cross‑functional and ad‑hoc projects as needed.

What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role?

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.

  • Two or more years of financial accounting and reporting experience.

  • Experience in multinational or matrix organizations is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) would be helpful but is not a requirement.

  • Experience with general ledger and automated financial systems.

  • Workday system experience would be an advantage.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data uploads.

  • Professional & Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage priorities and collaborate across teams.

  • High standards of integrity and confidentiality.

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
