We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, payroll coordination, and engagement initiatives. This role requires someone who can balance operational excellence with people-centric practices while supporting a growing and dynamic organization.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning needs
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely position closures
- Oversee onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth new-joiner experience
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Handle employee confirmations, exit formalities, and full & final settlements
- Coordinate and validate monthly payroll inputs
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws
- Maintain attendance and leave records
Employee Engagement & Performance
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and structured feedback mechanisms
- Support performance review cycles and documentation
- Address employee queries, concerns, and workplace grievances in a timely manner
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation
- Maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards for leadership review
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in HR operations and talent management
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and core HR functions
- Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
