We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, payroll coordination, and engagement initiatives. This role requires someone who can balance operational excellence with people-centric practices while supporting a growing and dynamic organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning needs
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely position closures
  • Oversee onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth new-joiner experience

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Handle employee confirmations, exit formalities, and full & final settlements
  • Coordinate and validate monthly payroll inputs
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws
  • Maintain attendance and leave records

Employee Engagement & Performance

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and structured feedback mechanisms
  • Support performance review cycles and documentation
  • Address employee queries, concerns, and workplace grievances in a timely manner
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation
  • Maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards for leadership review

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in HR operations and talent management
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and core HR functions
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
