Job Summary

We are seeking a System Analyst with strong expertise in product configuration and familiarity with TM Forum (TMF) standards to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that our systems and product catalog align with industry best practices and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Define and configure data models, attributes, relationships, and taxonomies for products, services, bundles, promotions, and other catalog entities.
• Ensure compliance with TMF standards (e.g., SID, eTOM, Open APIs) for product and service modeling.
• Collaborate with product managers, solution architects,, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform gap analysis and propose system enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
• Support integration of product configuration with CRM, billing, and order management systems.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for product-related issues.
• Document processes, configurations, and system changes for audit and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role in telecom or digital services.
• Hands-on experience in product configuration and catalog management systems.
• Strong understanding of TMF standards (SID, eTOM, Open APIs).
• Familiarity with BSS/OSS systems and service orchestration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TMF Open API implementation.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API-driven integration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
