Your position
We are looking for candidates who have the potential to grow in the energy markets area of ENGIE Iberia. In Energy Markets Iberia we work with Power (mostly renewables), gas, LNG, green certificates, etc. in Spain and Portugal. When the candidate is prepared the goal is to give support on Middle Office and Business Controlling daily tasks.
During this internship you will:
- Daily monitoring of P&L and production of daily reporting.
- Control of pre-injection data in accounting
- Support to the Accounting team on the economic/accounting P&L reconciliation.
- Support on Opex and CAPEX control.
- Contribute to the reporting of monthly KPIs.
- Assist in providing data and reports to main stakeholders (FO, TAX, Treasury and Accounting)
- Maintain and update Cost Center structure in SAP.
- Involvement/Contribution in process automation

We imagine that you:
- Are Data driven and interested in commodity markets
- Are comfortable coding.
- You are about to finish a top numerical degree/master (in Computer Science, Information Technology, Maths, Business Analytics, Engineering Degree, Economics or Statistics)
- Are interested in Energy and/or Markets
- Are fluent in English (Spanish is an added value, but not a must)
