A day in the life: 

As a Finance Supervisor at Monster Energy Company, you'll be a powerhouse in driving financial excellence! You'll lead the charge in setting up and managing the budget for the cost of goods sold (COGS), keeping a keen eye on forecasts and actual performance, and pushing the boundaries of efficiency and control in COGS. You'll also be the mastermind behind overseeing company overheads, ensuring effective planning, visibility, control, and analysis. Your role will involve overseeing staff reimbursement compliance, collaborating seamlessly with corporate teams, third-party service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure that finance operations are executed with precision, compliance, and efficiency.

The impact you'll make:

• Support general management of COGS, ensure accuracy financial statement.
• Provide support to operations/supply chain department in monthly actual cost review, project support, risk & opportunity remind & influence, COGS improvement, settlement support.
• Establish annual budget and forecast based on reasonable available assumption.
• Maintain operating expense (OPEX), ensure accuracy financial statement.
• Perform monthly actual spend analysis to defend risk and opportunity, with reasonable influence to improve the efficiency and control.
• Provide necessary finance information to facilitate different finance models with different bottling groups.
• Understand, standardize, and consistently improve of all COGS & OPEX related working processes to ensure the
  business is operating under sound control.
• Coordinate with departments to facilitate a smooth daily accounting routine period end closing, accounts receivable collection support, coordinate Capex (capital expenditure) count, dispute invoices investigation support, etc.
• Liaison with corporate Concur team to drive compliance and discipline of employees' expense report.

Who you are:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of ‐‐ Accounting, Finance or related field of study.
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1‐3 years of experience in accounting, finance.
• Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in analyzing financial data, auditing, consolidation, and reporting Audit firm, fast‐moving consumer goods (FMCG) in‐house.
• Computer Skills Desired: Advance Microsoft Skills.
• Preferred Certifications: Experience with SAP or other similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) financial software. Supply chain finance background is preferred.
• Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluent English in both writing and oral communication. Organized, detailed and result oriented with strong open & can‐do spirit to be able to adapt and arrange multiple tasks in
  a growing business.
