Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager in our Folkestone office. The salary package on offer is £26,000 - £28,000.

You will ensure that the properties under your teams care meet all legal and contractual obligations whilst providing excellent customer service alongside the day to day line management of you team. You will lead by example and meet and exceed the KPIs, targets and tasks assigned.

Let’s talk about the Property Relationship Manager role. It involves:

  • Managing the tenancies for all properties that are in your portfolio.
  • Taking ownership of all issues and queries to achieve a successful outcome for all parties involved.
  • Providing support to a busy, fast paced team
