We’re seeking talented Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers and Project Managers to join our growing team in Perth, with multiple opportunities available across varying levels of experience.

These roles support projects across the power, new energy and resources sectors, contributing to the delivery of sustainable, future-focused infrastructure. Depending on the role, there may be opportunities for site visits to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Making independent decisions across multiple functions in line with established guidelines, considering cost and schedule impacts.
  • Leading or contributing to multi-disciplinary project teams to successfully deliver project outcomes.
  • Proactively engaging with supervisors and technical specialists to seek guidance and drive solutions.
  • Managing work aligned to defined objectives, priorities and critical interfaces across teams.
  • Ensuring work meets project requirements, policy standards and quality expectations.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across project delivery.

 

What you’ll have

  • Experience managing or supporting multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain and strengthen client relationships.
  • Proven capability to apply lessons learned and implement innovative solutions.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic project environment.
  • A background in Electrical and/or Instrumentation & Controls engineering.
  • Experience working within the power, new energy and/or resources sectors.
