We are looking for a thoughtful and creative Social Media Manager to build and shape the voice of a health and lifestyle brand focused on sustainable habits and long-term transformation. This role requires someone who can craft authentic narratives, develop meaningful content strategies, and position the brand as credible, grounded, and trustworthy.
You will play a key role in building a strong digital presence by translating expert thinking around behavior, habits, and sustainable weight loss into compelling, relatable content.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the brand’s voice and personality across social platforms to reflect credibility, warmth, and trust.
- Create cohesive story arcs and strategic content that communicate expert insights on habits, behavior change, and sustainable weight management.
- Plan and execute a structured content calendar aligned with marketing initiatives, community engagement, and industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with designers and creative teams to transform ideas into engaging content pieces.
- Monitor weekly performance metrics, analyze trends, and optimize content strategies accordingly.
- Convert client journeys into structured social proof, including testimonials, case studies, and documented belief shifts.
- Clearly and confidently communicate the program’s philosophy and methodology through content.
- Support query management and engagement on the Founder’s social media handle.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven 0-to-1 experience in building and growing early-stage brands on social media.
- Strong alignment with a sustainable, habit-first philosophy around health and lifestyle transformation.
- Exceptional storytelling ability — capable of turning insights, behind-the-scenes moments, and client experiences into warm, honest narratives.
- Strong understanding of audience psychology and platform dynamics.
- Ability to find the intersection between brand messaging, audience interests, and platform algorithms.

- Deep understanding of behavioral psychology, especially around habits, weight loss, and self-image.
- Empathy-driven communication style with a strong grasp of how people think and feel.
