🚀 Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to help design, build, and scale the backend services that power our AI-driven marketing platforms.

In this role, you’ll work hands-on developing robust backend systems, integrating AI and data pipelines, and ensuring our platforms are reliable, secure, and cloud-ready. You’ll collaborate closely with AI engineers, DevOps, and product stakeholders to deliver production-grade solutions used by international clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep backend work, modern architectures, and applying AI technologies in real products.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Backend Development (≈70%)

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs

• Build backend services using Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node.js

• Implement and optimize data flows interacting with AI/ML models

• Work with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB)

• Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews

• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems

Cloud, AI & Integrations (≈30%)

• Deploy and manage backend services on AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes

• Support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Terraform, or Bicep

• Integrate with AI platforms and tools (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases)

• Implement authentication, monitoring, and observability solutions

• Collaborate with DevOps and architects on cloud and infrastructure decisions

🎯 Requirements

Must-Have

• Strong experience with Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node.js

• Solid backend engineering experience in production environments

• Experience working with PostgreSQL and Redis

• Cloud experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Hands-on experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts

• Experience integrating APIs and external services

• Advanced English (daily communication with international teams)

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI/ML tools (OpenAI API, LangChain, RAG pipelines)

• Knowledge of dbt, Spark, or data processing pipelines

• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Sentry, Prometheus, Grafana)

• Understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT)

• Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
