This role will be the right hand to the Sales Manager, providing coaching and mentoring to the sales consultant teams.

● Work collaboratively with the finance and service departments to complete sales efficiently.

Qualifications:
● Proven experience in sales in a similar environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
● Strong negotiation and closing skills.
● Ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
● Passion for travel and outdoor lifestyles is an asset.
