Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of hair services including cuts for kids and tweens.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Assist in promoting salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic salon atmosphere.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the salon.

Requirements:

• Valid cosmetology license in the state of Texas.
• Proven experience as a stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible weekend hours, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing education.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
