Job Summary
The Support Services Coordinator is responsible for providing operational support to corporate, management,
and field teams by overseeing systems, facilitating communication, and ensuring effective project coordination.
This role includes managing software platforms, training staff, supervising a Command Center with 24/7
coverage, and assisting with new contract start-ups and national events. The position requires strong
leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing procedures and environments while
maintaining professionalism and positive staff management.
Responsibilities
All responsibilities are to be carried out in an honest, ethical and professional manner and in accordance with
applicable Andy Frain policies and procedures. In the event of uncertainty or lack of knowledge of company
policy or procedures, employees are required to request clarification or explanations from superiors or
authorized company representatives. Responsibilities may vary typically consisting of:
SYSTEMS SUPPORT
- Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Celayix.
- Manage security (log ins and permissions) and SME for ADP Vantage, Recruiting Management, EI9, and Reporting.
- Maintain databases and credentials for software, insuring proper licensing and operational use.
- Train new managers and staff on Celayix, ADP, AFS Management, and other supporting software.
- Work with the IT Group as a liaison to the field.
COMMAND CENTER
- Oversee a Command Center at the Corporate Office to support Field Managers and Clients.
- 24/7 coverage all year.
- Oversee a Command Center Manager and their staff.
- Train and prepare for all scenarios and needs.
CORPORATE LEADERSHIP
- Provide support, encouragement, and training to corporate staff.
- Drive managers to complete yearly reviews.
- Communicate relevant information to corporate staff as necessary.
- Provide support of new contract start-up and national events.
- Participate in Corporate level meetings.
TRAINING AND RESOURCES
- Assist in AFS Academy for new managers.
- Develop video resources as able.
- Engage consultant(s) as necessary to create or update training as necessary.
- Ability to travel 5-10% (as needed).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Must meet and continue to meet Company employment standards.
- Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly.
- Knowledge of training practices and techniques.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn computer-based payroll and scheduling systems.
- Ability to take initiative and achieve results.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in unusual or difficult circumstances.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must possess, at minimum, intermediate computer skills and a working knowledge of Office 365 products.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a reliable means of communication (i.e. phone).
- Possess a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Possess a valid driver’s license, as required for duty.
- Pass an employment and personal history check.
- Possess basic aptitudes and physical abilities including: color perception, visual acuity, physical coordination, motor skills, meeting lifting requirements.
