Rapyd Europe is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic Issuing Processing team.

This crucial shift role involves providing exceptional service to cardholders, resolving complex queries, and contributing to essential fraud monitoring.

As a Customer Support Representative you will be responsible for:

• Service to cardholders during night
• Resolution of queries via calls and/or emails
• Fraud Monitoring
• Other various tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer facing role or education in related field
• Experience in the payment industry – Preferred
• Excellent customer-service and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and disciplined work methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Icelandic
