Work with global teams to achieve 100% output along with the expected quality standards. Identify issues or concerns during claim processing and discuss them with the supervisor to improve claim control. Access and review warranty claims in the system. 3 to 6 years of experience in an automobile dealership. Hands-on experience in preparing vehicles and handling warranty and accessories claims.

Diploma / B.E in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering 

3-6 years’ experience in Automobile dealership preferably experienced at warranty data processing.

Good communicator with good interpersonal skills, technical diagnostic skills or Basic technical, Warranty background, Computer literacy, Flexibility

The ability to perform well within a team or on your own.  Polite and a good communicator. To assist others within the team as and when required
