Medicare Billing Specialist
Location: Remote/Work From Home (Campus is located in Dayton, Washington
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per week
Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Flexible Schedule | Monday - Friday| Operating Hours 8:00am – 5:00pm PST

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Revenue Cycle Specialist with strong Medicare billing knowledge to support accurate account reconciliation, resolve billing issues, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. A positive attitude, clear communication, and commitment to excellent service are essential.
What We Offer
- Fully Remote/Work From Home
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Operating Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time
- Float to the Acute Care Unit, as needed

Qualifications
- Medicare Billing experience is required
- Any accredited national certification through Healthcare Information Management, Revenue Cycle, or Medical Coding is preferred
- An understanding of ICD-10 and CPT codes preferred
Responsibilities
- Identify trends within the revenue cycle and recommend process improvements.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Apply industry standards, regulations, and laws to daily billing and reimbursement tasks.
- Reconcile all patient account balances accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow established weekly and monthly task lists to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Proactively review reports to identify potential billing or reimbursement issues.
- Assist patients in resolving billing questions and account concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing education opportunities.
