Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the friendly first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support.
• Take customer enquiries and service bookings while promoting the strengths and capabilities of our Service Department.
• Listen to customers’ needs and work closely with the Workshop Controller to ensure vehicles are completed and returned on time.
• Prepare and manage future bookings to support smooth workshop flow, profitability, and a great customer experience.
• Provide clear and transparent cost estimates so customers always know what to expect.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process, including any changes to costs or completion times, in line with department KPIs.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally, aiming for the best possible outcome every time.
• Deliver vehicles back to customers with clear explanations of the work completed and associated costs, helping build trust and long-term relationships.
• Complete all tasks in line with standard procedures and manufacturer warranty requirements.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm

Saturday mornings: 7:30am to 12pm. Paid at overtime rates on a rotating roster

The right candidate will have:

• Current or previous Automotive Service Advising experience.
• A valid NSW drivers licence
• High level of communication skills, incorporating written and oral communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Administrative and computer skills
