Senior Director of Finance

We are looking for a Senior Director of Finance to lead and scale our finance function during a critical growth phase. This role will be a key strategic partner to the executive team, responsible for driving financial planning, operational excellence, and supporting business decisions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Support audits, reviews, and investor due diligence processes.
• Prepare and present financial reports and strategic insights to the executive team, Board of Directors, and investors.
• Drive SaaS-specific financial metrics and analysis, including ARR, MRR, churn, retention, unit economics, and cohort performance.
• Lead and oversee all core finance activities, including financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, reporting and taxes.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support growth, innovation, and scalability.
• Own company-wide expense management, including policy design, enforcement, approvals and procurement.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing finance team.
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and scalable processes aligned with a growing SaaS organization.
• Scale finance systems, tools, and processes to support rapid growth and potential global expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Proven experience in SaaS companies and high-growth scale-up environments (ideally Series B and beyond).
• Exposure to Board-level reporting and working with investors is highly preferred.
• Background in innovative, fast-paced, and dynamic environments
• Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
