- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in supply chain finance or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing sales teams, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain finance products, services, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
