• CMMS Production Material Forecasting Tool
• SAP / Ariba                                                                                     – process expense orders
• DocuSign                                                                                        – document authorization
• Shared Drives                                                                                 – purchasing files, department forms

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Implement department supply chain strategy for inventory by selecting suppliers for parts, materials, tooling, and services as allowed by the corporate purchasing delegation of authority. 
• Manage total supply chain- Sourcing, Procurement, Continuity of Supply 
• Manage 3rd Party Mod Center Suppliers for BIC Cost, Quality, Delivery, and Capacity Drivers. 
• Lead commercial negotiations. Conduct requests for information (RFIs), requests for quote (RFQs), Market Tests (MT), and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver the best value to Ford. 
• Provide commercial support to department functions as needed - marketing, sales, e-business, operations, logistics, technical and engineering services, tooling, and prototype parts.
• Support localized and South America packages with accessory part procurement. 
• Business Process Improvements and Waste Elimination - work continuously to improve department quality, processes, and systems. 
• Educate suppliers on Company processes, requirements, and Global Terms and Conditions

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of Purchasing experience
• Systems knowledge in SAP, AURORA, DocuSign 
• Proficiency using Microsoft software, Excel, Power Point, Word required
