Your Role in Our Mission

As an Executive – Social Media Management within the NEXT, FundedNext division, you will be the voice and visual storyteller of our brand. You aren't just posting content; you are building a community. From planning and shooting viral reels to analyzing sentiment and performance data, your mission is to capture the "global rhythm" of our users and translate it into high-impact digital narratives. You will ensure our brand remains at the forefront of the fintech conversation through creativity, consistency, and a deep understanding of platform algorithms.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Content Creation & Visual Storytelling

  • Own the end-to-end production of multi-format content: Reels, carousels, videos, static posts, blogs, and emailers.

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels/Shorts/TikToks) using mobile equipment and modern editing tools.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ideate and publish platform-specific content that resonates with our global audience.

Platform Management & Engagement

  • Manage day-to-day communication across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok.

  • Moderate audience interactions, including comments and DMs, to maintain a healthy, vibrant, and helpful brand presence.

  • Take ownership of follower growth and engagement strategies while maintaining a consistent brand tone and visual identity.

Analytics & Strategic Insight

  • Monitor social media trends and competitive strategies to keep our content approach evolving and relevant.

  • Create detailed performance reports to identify key insights, content impact, and optimization opportunities.

  • Support sentiment analysis to extract actionable insights from audience behavior and improve the user experience.

Operational Efficiency

  • Identify and implement automation solutions and platform-specific tools to boost content workflow and operational speed.

  • Manage multiple campaigns and content schedules simultaneously without compromising on quality or brand integrity.


What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

  • Platform Expertise: A native-level understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok algorithms.

  • Creative Flair: Strong interest or prior experience in digital marketing, content planning, and visual storytelling.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile videography and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite).

  • Data Literacy: The ability to look at Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics and extract the "Why" behind the numbers.

  • Attributes: Excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude toward problem-solving, and a sharp eye for detail.
