The Role

As part of its continued growth within the Strada GBS, Strada is now seeking a commercially minded Finance Analyst to join the Treasury team.

 

■   This role will be an integral part of a finance team dedicated to providing support to our growing operations across globe. This role will actively manage the Country/ Entity payments by handling the bank accounts of Strada entities across geographies. The successful candidate must have the flexibility to deal with a wide range of client services.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

■   Analyze the direct debit payment requests.

■   Bank Account reconciliation

■   Treasury related postings

■   Loan account management

■   Cashflow and liquidity management

■   Handle MIS reports

■   Preparation and maintenance of Desk procedures of various processes in banking team

■   Handle the payment queries from different parts of business

■   Support the payment team with queries to be answered from the banks

■   Support on audit queries

■   Month end journal preparation and accruals

■   Basic understanding of FX

■   Understanding drivers of, reporting, and mitigation options of global foreign exchange

 

Other Responsibilities

■   Completion of all process related MI’s and governance tools

■   Support / cover for other members of the payment team as required

 

Candidate Profile

Essential Skills

■   Graduate/ Post graduate in commerce  

■   3 + years’ experience.

■   Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

■   Ability to work alone and as part of a team, working to tight deadlines.

■   Good analytical skills

■   Ability to work on multiple assignments

■   Time management

■   Strong organizational skills to ensure completion of multiple activities within tight reporting deadlines

■   Strong on finance fundamentals

■   Open to different work shifts as per business requirements

■   Good analytical and problem-solving skills, plus excellent attention to detail
