Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with data? Join our team as Administrative Support / Data Entry!
What you will do?
- Collect and manage data across the company, including close cooperation with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams.
- Work with Excel – data analysis and preparation of reports for the Supply Chain Manager. Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
- Enter data into our ERP system K2, including goods movements and, over time, bills of materials according to instructions.
- Combine computer-based work with in-person communication with teams.
Requirements
What we require?
- Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams
- Advantage: knowledge of K2, experience with Power BI
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day, or alternatively 4 days per week, up to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
