Target Range:

$23.00/Hr. - $25.00/Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Axos Bank is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Analyst to support our Commercial Real Estate Specialty Lending Group to work primarily with the relationship managers to support the group with managing loans within the portfolio of existing construction and bridge loans. Additionally, assist in managing the pipeline for new loan opportunities as well as compiling and organizing files necessary for underwriting/closing.

Responsibilities:

• Performs basic credit analysis – may include analyzing operating statements, recommending risk ratings

• Analyzes Commercial Lending, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Equipment, and Loan and Lease Receivables collateral across an array of collateral types

• Analyzes financial data to determine customers' financial status

• Makes process improvement and action recommendations researched and supported by data and key metrics

• Supports administrative aspects of the originations process including document collection, organization, and tracking of due diligence requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors

• 1-2 years experience in monitoring or underwriting and structuring commercial lending transactions
