Macadamia Farm Management is seeking motivated team members to join one of our innovative workshops in Goodwood or Welcome Creek. You’ll help build, maintain, and improve machinery that supports one of Australia’s leading macadamia producers.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and modify machinery and equipment to support farm operations
• Perform welding, machining, metal forming, and bending
• Assist with installation and maintenance of fabricated structures
• Work from engineering drawings and meet fabrication standards
• Design and build jigs and tools to improve workshop efficiency
• Support general repairs and maintenance across farm machinery and facilities
• Share your knowledge and support other workshop team members

What We’re Looking For

• Trade‑qualified Boilermaker OR highly experienced Welder/Fabricator
• Strong fabrication and welding skills across a range of materials
• Good problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with engineering drawings
