Are you passionate about aviation safety, systems, and precision? Want to use your skills to support life-changing work across some of the world’s most remote regions? We’re looking for a Continuing Airworthiness Management Officer to join our Cairns-based team and play a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping MAF aircraft flying safely and effectively.

Why Join MAF?

  • Maintaining accurate technical records in our maintenance and airworthiness management system

  • Processing and monitoring aircraft utilisation, hours, and cycles

  • Managing life-limited parts and ensuring maintenance compliance with regulatory standards

  • Supporting reliability analysis, engine trend monitoring, and airworthiness directives

  • Collaborating closely with Engineering, Flight Ops, and Quality & Safety teams

  • Recommending improvements and contributing to ongoing safety and compliance initiatives

Your work ensures our aircraft are safe, compliant, and mission-ready — helping bring hope and healing to isolated communities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A background in aviation maintenance coordination, CAMO operations, or airworthiness

  • Familiarity with CASA regulations, MELs, and Aircraft Technical Records

  • Experience working with maintenance planning systems/software

  • A detail-oriented, highly organised approach with a heart for service
