Joining Tasty Fresh Food Co. as a Van Sales Representative will kick-start an exciting and rewarding career journey.

What are you looking for?

• A role you can take ownership of – this will be your ‘project’ to nurture and grow!
• 5 days per week, Monday to Friday (business days) - no nights or weekends, start early and finish early, in time to pick up the kids or head to the gym!
• You will be working the same set hours each day for regularity and routine
• Paid nearly $37 per hour, full time casual, ongoing position OR sign onto a permanent contract at $29.50 per hour - The choice is yours!

No matter which payrate you choose, the role is the same - Monday to Friday, 5 days per week, set hours are the same each day, minimum 36 hours per week spread evenly across the 5 days, ongoing role

We take care of breakfast, lunch and morning tea for Aussie workers, direct to their workplaces Monday to Friday, offering great service and a wide variety of healthy choices!

The role

• Arrive at the Cardiff depot at your set start time from 6am (You need to be available to start from 6am). It will be the same time each day to establish a great routine - free parking on site.
• Stock your modern, state of the art lunch van (it's automatic and drives easily!) with Tasty Fresh food while catching up with your friendly colleagues for half an hour or so
• Drive to your regular stops at warehouses, factories, work sites and offices. Your hungry customers rush out at the sound of your beeping horn keen to buy delicious food and have a quick and happy chat with you as you put through the transaction and sell, sell, sell!
• Make a stop every 5 minutes on average - you love being on the go and FAST PACE!
• After your last stop in the early afternoon, head back to the depot to stock count, unpack and cash up with your teammates
• Home time between 2 and 3pm - pick up the kids, head to the shops or go for a workout before dinner!

What you need to do the role

• Professional Customer Service skills
• A full NSW drivers' licence - sorry, NO P Plates
• Confident and safe driving skills
• Comfortable driving both regular long and short stints
• Reliability is essential
• Drive and motivation to maximise your opportunities, personally and professionally
