Job Location:
- Manila, Philippines.
Required Experience:
- 3-9 years of overall experience is required.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementations, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Strong expertise in integrating ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems using various integration methods and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow HRSD solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Design and implement automation solutions to improve HR processes and enhance user experience.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
- Conduct regular assessments of existing ServiceNow HRSD implementations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and capabilities, recommending enhancements to existing solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow HRSD implementations and integrations.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

- Good Analytical and Designing skills.

- Well-versed with Agile process, excellent organisational & troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
Mandatory to have:

- CIS-HR is mandatory.

Essential Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or relational functional field).
