Job Location:
- Manila, Philippines.
Required Experience:
- 3 – 9 years of overall experience is required.
- 2 – 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
- Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules with enterprise-scale implementation exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Define the overall ServiceNow platform roadmap, architecture standards, and governance framework.
- Act as the key architect driving the ServiceNow platform strategy and large-scale implementations.
- Architect, design, and implement solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, or ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in platform design, customization, integrations, security, and performance.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Apply strong analytical thinking to solve complex enterprise-level challenges.
- Drive platform modernization initiatives through innovative approaches with calculated risk-taking.

Essential Skills:
- Strong experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
- Deep expertise in at least 2–4 core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or ITOM
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development technologies, including JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Service Portal, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Experience in defining architectural standards, governance models, and platform best practices.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow security, performance, scalability, and integration design.
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience with advanced ServiceNow integrations and third-party system integrations.
- Experience in performance tuning, platform optimization, and enterprise-scale deployments.
- Exposure to Agile delivery models and large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs.
Essential Qualification:
- Mandatory Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules will be an advantage
Essential Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
