Client Services Associate

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Associate in our Philadelphia, PA Office.

The Client Services Associate  will:

• Provide superior customer service
• Focus on the new hire training and onboarding process for new RN's, LPN's and HHA's joining the organization
• Run the background check process according to PA state regulations 
• Build strong relationships with regional recruiting partners 
• Build employee files
• Conduct divisional recruiting market calls 

Qualifications for a Client Services Associate :

• Bachelor degree is preferred
• Prior recruiting/onboarding/HR experience preferred 
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
• Ambition to grow and advance
• Strong computer skills required 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
