Busy Bees at Warner is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director who is looking to build a long-term career within a supportive, high-performing early learning community.

Our Warner Centre is a unique environment, with two purpose-built centres side by side, each licensed for 75 children. Located in the heart of Warner, close to local shops and amenities, the Centres are home to long-term, dedicated educators and a strong, established leadership team who are committed to quality and continuity.

This is an opportunity for a leader who wants to truly embed themselves in a community — building lasting relationships with families, mentoring and growing a large team, and leading both services with vision and consistency.

As Centre Director, you’ll oversee operations across both centres, driving excellence in education, compliance, culture and team engagement. You’ll be supported to think long term, plan strategically, and create a legacy of quality and connection.

You will bring:

• Proven experience as a Centre Director (or an accomplished senior leader ready for the next step)
• A deep passion for early learning and high-quality educational outcomes
• Demonstrated experience leading and inspiring large teams
• A genuine love for connecting with families and building strong community relationships
• Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS and EYLF
• A commitment to long-term employment, valuing stability, relationships and sustained improvement
• A calm, confident leadership style with strong communication and organisational skills
