Description

Deloitte is seeking a CPA and/or attorney with experience in taxation for our Israeli & International Tax team.

Our team of experts provides focused advice on Israeli and International tax matters and supports companies with respect to all related aspects. The department is led by top-tier professionals with extensive and diverse prior experience.

Role responsibilities:

• Ongoing support for companies and individuals on Israeli and international tax issues, including representation in tax assessment proceedings.
• Obtaining pre-rulings and approvals from the Israel Tax Authority, and providing tax opinions.
• Supporting local or cross-border transactions—tax due diligence and assistance with the tax implications of the transaction structure—taking a holistic view of all local and international tax aspects and consequences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Law — required
• High level of English — required
• 2–3 years of experience in the tax field — required
• Experience from large accounting and/or law firms — an advantage

• השגת פרה- רולינג ואישורים מרשות המיסים, ומתן חוות דעת
• ליווי בעסקאות מקומיות או בינלאומיות- בדיקת נאותות מיסויית, סיוע בהשלכות המיסוי של מבנה העסקה-תוך ראייה כוללת של כל היבטי והשלכות המס המקומיים והבינלאומים.

Requirements Hebrew

• תואר ראשון בחשבונאות/ משפטים- חובה
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה - חובה
• ניסיון של 2-3 שנים בתחום המיסים – חובה
• ניסיון מפירמות רו"ח/ עו"ד גדולים - יתרון
