As our Content Designer, you’ll shape how people understand and interact with our products through clear microcopy and scalable content patterns. You’ll work early with designers and developers to create interactions that feel clear, helpful, and human across products, languages, and AI driven touchpoints.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Content Designer who creates clear, consistent, and structured content for digital and conversational experiences. This role goes beyond writing—it’s about designing content systems that scale, work with automation, and enable personalization. You’ll partner with product designers, developers, and localization teams to deliver content that is human-centered and future-ready.

What You Will Do

• Review and improve content patterns for clarity, consistency, and accessibility
• Collaborate with product design and development teams to integrate content into workflows and design systems
• Contribute to structured content and metadata guidelines to support reuse and scalability
• Shape conversational flows and interaction patterns for chatbots and in product guidance
• Help build content models that support reuse and AI driven personalization
• Support global content efforts through taxonomy and terminology standards
• Advocate for inclusive, accessible, user centered content across all touchpoints

What You Bring to the Team

• 3+ years of experience in UX writing or content design for digital products
• Strong English writing and editing skills with a clear, human tone
• Experience working with design systems and component-based content
• Working knowledge of structured content and scalable content models
• A track record of collaborating with designers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Nice to have: Experience with conversational design or familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows

About the Team

You’ll join a collaborative Content Design & Delivery team that works closely with product designers, developers, researcher, and localization partners. We focus on strong content foundations that support global products, consistency, and future-facing experiences.
