Your Role

As Finance Business Partner, you’ll be a key member of our Finland leadership commercial team and of our Nordic Finance team. Your insights will influence strategic decisions, drive profitability, and support long-term growth.

You Will:

• Deliver financial analysis and insights that guide commercial strategy.
• Lead planning processes including budgeting and forecasting.
• Translate business goals into actionable plans and support execution.
• Evaluate performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, margins, and cost efficiency.
• Support investment decisions and strategic initiatives with financial modelling.
• Collaborate with FP&A and other finance teams to ensure high-quality reporting and compliance.

Who You Are

You’re analytical, business-minded, and ready to take ownership. You enjoy turning data into decisions and thrive in a cross-functional setting.

What You Bring:

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial finance.
• University degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP experience is a plus.
• FMCG or retail experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Finnish language skills are highly valued.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

This position reports to the Finance Director Nordics. You’ll be part of the leadership team in Finland and work closely with the Country Manager Finland.
