Marketing Trainee/Specialist-Partnerships深圳社招全职职位描述1. Communicate with external partners/creators to convey our marketing messages to their audience, activate strategic collaboration and manage our relationship with them. 2. Grow our network of creators and KOLs to expand both awareness and conversion of our products. Help elevate and diversify our promotion into more specific communities and regions. 3. With combined understanding of products - target audience - content production - marketing skills, work with creators to produce videos on social media platforms in promotional purposes. 4. Work with broader stakeholders in English speaking countries to reach more target audience and build up brand image in the community. 5. Leverage company internal resources like budget and team work, together with external resources like creator networks and value exchanges to creatively achieve the goal of market growth. Potentially career growth to manage large collaborations and to manage our promotion for one of the vertical communities.职位要求1. Strong academic performance in marketing-related courses. English teaching environment preferred. 2. Previous experience in marketing. Content marketing experience for US market is preferred. 3. Strong English skills and interpersonal skills. Western experience and cultural understandings are a big plus. 4. Basic skills of video production and/or social media posting. Strong interests in video making and videography industry is preferred. 5. Basic experience of western social media including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more. Frequent consumption of content on these platform is a big plus. 6. Self-driven, results-oriented, forward-thinking, organized, attention to details. Always trying to propose solutions and logically analyze situations to take the next steps.投递
