Research and analyze market trends and competitive environment in the Philippines, develop appropriate marketing strategies; 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with local influencers (KOLs/KOCs), including selection, communication, contract management, and campaign execution; 3. Design and lead annual influencer campaigns (online/offline), boosting user engagement and UGC generation; 4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, PR, e-commerce, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of influencer initiatives; 5. Track and analyze influencer campaign performance, and provide regular reports and optimization suggestions to senior management.职位要求1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; 2. 1 year or more of relevant work experience in the PH market, experience in international companies is preferred; 3. Deep understanding of Filipino local culture and business practices; 4. Excellent communication and team management skills, able to effectively drive team collaboration; 5.
