Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to maximize revenue across e-commerce platforms.
- Identify new digital sales opportunities, including emerging marketplaces and social commerce.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize pricing and promotions.
E-Commerce & Marketplace Management:
- Oversee product listings, SEO optimization, and conversion rate improvements.
- Develop relationships with third-party platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc).
- Monitor PSI level of all PN from all platforms
Streaming E-Commerce Management
- Develop pricing, promotions, and flash sales strategies tailored to target audience of according platform (Tik-Tok, Shopee Stream)
- Plan and execute Live-Streaming plans collaborating with influencers and internal teams.
- Work with the creative team to produce high-converting ad content regarding Short Videos and events.
- Identify creators, influencers, and affiliates to promote products. Negotiate partnerships, commission structures, and performance-based deals.
Competitor & Market Analysis:
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and digital strategies.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in online sales, e-commerce management, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Tik-Tok, Shopee, Tokopedia).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills. Good written and spoken English is a must.
