Valeo’S Vie Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

At the heart of electric mobility, Valeo Power brings together expertise in thermal management systems and propulsion systems. This division develops innovations that contribute to the mobility of tomorrow by reducing pollutant emissions and maximizing vehicle autonomy.

The site of Fuenlabrada based in Spain belongs to Power Division. We are looking for a VIE HR Generalist for 24 months within the team.

Your Challenges?

• You support HR administration by managing labor documentation such as contracts, personnel files, and paid leaves. 
• You assist employees with the Employee Portal and help manage work clothing for site staff. 
• You identify training needs with managers and implement the site’s training plan. 
• You follow up on the training plan monthly and handle training assignments. 
• You coordinate with external training suppliers through emails, calls, and meetings. 
• You manage language classes and ensure proper organization of training sessions. 
• You prepare onboarding programs for newcomers, deliver welcome sessions, and organize safety training campaigns. 
• You manage internal communication by following the communication plan, organizing events, handling merchandising, and creating communications and banners.

 Let’s talk about you…

• You are graduated from a Master degree in Human Resources
• Ideally, you already have experience in this field
• You have a fluent level of English
• A good level of Spanish is appreciated
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
