This position is Full Time, Hybrid, 1-2 days a week at Gateway Plaza (950 N. Meridian Street, Suite 800). 

Role Responsibilities

This is a full-time position reporting to the Manager, System Reporting. This position will be a key contributor within the IU Health consolidations team. This includes financial reporting packages (both internal and external, in adherence with GAAP), external audits, financial analysis and projects, implementation of procedural and reporting improvements and development of effective business relationships. The incumbent will display effective planning and organizational skills; be results oriented; and possess the ability to competently manage multiple priorities.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Requires 2+ years of relevant financial and operational analysis experience.
  • Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
  • Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.

Preferred:

  • BA or BS in Accounting; CPA, MBA, or equivalent preferred. 
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated and self-driven with continuous process improvement goal
  •  A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to work with other functional groups
  • Ability to be agile and thrive in a fast paced environment
  •  3+ years of financial and operational analysis experience
